Abläufe im Unternehmen, etwa Produktions- oder Veränderungs‧prozesse, können kaum noch zuverlässig gestaltet und gesteuert ‧werden. Die Komplexität muss reduziert werden. Dabei hilft dezentrale Selbstorganisation. Weil aber häufig ein umfassendes Gesamtkonzept fehlt, bleiben Lösungen oft lückenhaft und beachtliche Potentiale zur Ergebnisverbesserung liegen brach. There’s an increasing complexity affecting the global and competitive markets. Business processes are getting too complex to handle, so it is nearly impossible to design them and to control them. Therefore, “Simple Organization” combines approved concepts to a innovative and complexity reduced master plan. “Organizational structure orientated towards processes”, “autonomous work groups” and “management by sense” are taking centre stage in that plan. Often, these solutions are regarded only as options, but they are necessary conditions, which seriously influence the success in the global costumer market.
